		<description>AlanRidge filed leave to appeal the Alberta Court of Appeal decision to the Supreme Court of Canada in mid-December 2009.  I would be very surprised if that court did grant leave; the percentage of successful leave applications in civil matters is small and the court is already scheduled to hear a related appeal in Seidel v. Telus Communications Inc.
