About Rolandas Vaiciulis

Rolandas Vaiciulis holds an LL.M. from the University of Calgary, an LPC from De Montfort University in England, an LL.B. from the University of Leicester in England, and a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Lithuania. He is currently a post-graduate fellow at CIRL, doing research in linking emission trading systems. His current research focuses on the proposed linking of California and Quebec, as
well as the EU and Australia emissions trading schemes.
