David Barrett (PhD; UVic) is an environmental scientist with a focus on aquatic health, water policy, and anthropogenic impacts. He is currently a strategic program director for the United Nations University Hub on Empowering Communities to Adapt to Environmental Change and in the Schulic School of Engineering.
