About Mark Mancini

Mark Mancini is a PhD student at Allard Hall, University of British Columbia. His research interests include the law of judicial review and statutory interpretation, and his dissertation focuses on judicial review of prison decisions. He holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School. He previously clerked at the Federal Court for Justice Ann Marie McDonald.
